"The Lachlan Macquarie Internship has been a life changing experience for me. The quality of the course content and the academic rigour of the lecturers are outstanding and unlike anything else offered in Australia. LMI has caused me to think deeply about the social and moral challenges for Christians in the world today and also allowed me to engage with the great Christian and philosophical thinkers of the past. I cannot speak highly enough of the Internship. The spirit and vision of the course will, I believe, have an impact on our nation in generations to come."

"Occasionally in life we're privileged to undertake an extraordinary experience. An experience of transformation, growth and horizon-widening thought. It may come from reading great works, being taught by great teachers or sharing life with great, and maybe even challenging, individuals. But if such an experience is to be truly life changing, it'll be rooted in the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ... The Lachlan Macquarie Internship is one such experience."

"There is no doubt in my mind that the three months I spent as a Lachlan Macquarie Intern have played an integral role in my personal and professional development. On an academic level, the internship helped me to consolidate much of what I learned at university and place this knowledge into a broader and more comprehensive framework. What a privilege it was to have such sought-after lecturers and academics come to facilitate our group discussions. On a more personal level, I carry away from this experience a great fondness towards all of the remarkable people I encountered during the internship. Living in community was certainly a highlight for me, especially given the character formation and growth that took place during this time. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful networks I made during this three month internship. It was a great encouragement to meet so many Christian leaders full of humility and integrity, who share in common their search for all that is good, true and beautiful."
